What should I take note of before making an appointment?
  • Schedule the shoot to avoid your child’s nap or meal times.
  • Inform all participants about the photoshoot details in advance.
  • Ensure everyone arrives on time. We adhere strictly to the booking schedule.
Photo delivery lead time
  • Basic edited photos (color and exposure adjustment): 2 weeks
  • Further touched-up photos (slimming, skin retouch, etc.): Additional 3 weeks
How many photos will I receive
  • Mini session: You can expect to receive up to 40 photos
  • Classic session: You will receive up to 80 photos
  • Premier session: You will receive a larger selection of photos, up to 110 photos
Difference between basic edited and further touched up photos

Our photoshoot packages solely include basic edited photos, which involve overall color and exposure adjustments. However, for further touched-up photos, additional editing work such as blemish removal, slimming, and skin smoothening can be provided at an additional charge if required.

Are pets allowed in the studio

Yes, we are a pet-friendly studio. However, we kindly ask that pets be potty-trained. Any damages or additional cleaning required in the studio due to pets will be charged to the owner.

cancellation/ reschedule policy

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your photoshoot via the confirmation link 72 hours before your session. If rescheduling within 72 hours due to illness or emergencies, valid proof (e.g., medical certificate) is required; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session and prevent us from booking other clients.

Cake Smash Sessions: Notify us at least 3 days in advance if you need to reschedule to avoid a $60 cake charge. If your baby is unwell, rescheduling is allowed regardless of the cake status.

Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to reschedule within the package's validity period to avoid losing your deposit.

Is my dog considered a pax

We do not charge for up to 2 pets. Any additional pets will incur a fee of $30 per pet.

What is your maximum capacity?

Main Setup: We can accommodate up to 20 people. For groups larger than 20, please contact us at 96609404 before booking. Provide the number of adults and children so we can assess the feasibility.

How will the photoshoot be conducted?
  • We’ll capture various combinations: full family, smaller family groups, and individual children.
  • We typically start with families with babies or toddlers, then gather everyone for a full family photo.
  • Our photographer will guide your family through different poses, even if things don’t go exactly as planned.
 Is there a changing room in the studio?

Yes, we have a changing room available in the studio.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our studio is wheelchair accessible.

What if my child doesn’t cooperate during the shoot?

We understand that babies and toddlers can be unpredictable. If your child has a tough moment, we'll do our best to comfort them, but we encourage parents to embrace these candid moments. Sometimes, those crying photos become the most cherished memories later on.

Can I arrive early to prepare or let my child warm up?

Please arrive only 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid overlapping with other families, as we have back-to-back appointments and no waiting area. If your child needs extra time to warm up, consider booking a longer session.

What if I’m late?

If you're late, your session will be shortened to fit within the original appointment slot and you might not get quality photos.

Can I bring my own props?

You can bring your own props, but we recommend keeping them simple or aligned with the theme. Our studio setup is carefully designed for aesthetic balance, and we also provide kids' props like vehicles and rocking horses.
